COOL & QUIET END TO THE WEEK
The next couple of days will feature classic winter conditions with plenty of sunshine. Thursday and Friday remain dry, but they’ll be chilly. Morning temperatures will start off in the teens, with afternoon highs reaching the mid and upper 30s. Bundle up if you’re heading out, light wind will add a brisk feel to the air.
MILD WEEKEND, RAIN APPROACHES
As we transition into the weekend, temperatures continue to climb slowly. Saturday will feature highs in the low 40s, which is actually warmer than average for this time of year. By Sunday, highs reach the mid-40s, but there is a chance for a few showers in the afternoon and evening. This will be more of a nuisance and not so much a disruptor of your outdoor plans. However, more rain will soon follow...
WET WEATHER NEXT WEEK
The mild trend continues into Monday, but it comes with steadier rain. A stronger storm system is expected to bring widespread showers throughout the day, with some downpours mixed in. This will be accompanied by breezy conditions and morning temps starting mild, in the low 40s. Highs will climb into the 50s, making it the warmest day of the week.
Tuesday looks calmer with a mix of sun and clouds and cooler conditions. However, by Wednesday, we’re keeping an eye on another system that would bring more rain showers, and potentially some wintry weather in the mountains farther north.
