COOLING DOWN

You will have no choice but to embrace the Fall forecast today. Morning temperatures in the 40s were the lowest we’ve seen so far this season. Afternoon highs will be stuck in the 50s in most of Massachusetts and southern New England. Gusts 20-30 mph on top of those below average temperatures will probably keep you in long sleeves all day. At least it will be nice and bright!

WEEKEND IN VIEW

Sunny skies will carry us from Friday to Saturday with a gradual warm up. Brace for another chilly start Friday. Highs will make it back to the 60s later in the day, followed by 70s Saturday. The breeze will pick up a bit for your Saturday plans. Sunday will turn cooler with increasing clouds. Scattered showers are likely in the afternoon and night.

HURRICANE MILTON

Hurricane Milton made landfall 8:30 PM Wednesday at Siesta Key, FL as a category 3. As of Thursday morning, the storm was a category 1 and pulling away from the east coast of Florida. Rain and strong wind will taper off this morning, allowing for clean-up to begin.
