As we continue to evaluate possibilities for the 2020 season, it’s important that we provide options to our ticket buyers for games scheduled in April and May. We appreciate how patient our fans have been as we worked through the implications of the pandemic on our schedule.
— Sam Kennedy, Red Sox President and Chief Executive Operator
The team also gave options for season ticket holders who are missing out on the first month(s) of the season amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Season ticket holders can receive a full refund for games impacted by the pandemic or can receive a credit to be used for additional season tickets in 2020 or 2021.
