The 2018 Red Sox cemented themselves in the history books with their 106th victory on the year on Monday.

The win over the Orioles put them over the 1912 Red Sox for most wins in a season in franchise-history.

The team took home a 6-2 win Monday, bouncing back after losses against the Indians on Saturday and Sunday night.

The Red Sox jumped out to an early lead in the game, with a Mookie Betts home run putting them up and setting a pace that the team never let off of.

The win moved the Red Sox to 106-51 on the year with five games to go, with the chance to add onto their own record.
