Patriots pull out victory over Vikings at home

After bouncing back with a win over the Jets following their bye week, the Patriots are taking on the Vikings at home on Boston 25.

Both Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are active after getting taken off the team's injury report on Friday and participating fully in practice.

Meanwhile, Stefon Diggs is active for the Vikings on offense after being listed as questionable for the game.

UPDATES:

7:20 p.m.: The Patriots close it out, beating the Vikings 24-10 to move to 9-3 on the year.

6:45 p.m.: James Develin finds the end zone again to make it a 24-10 Patriots lead in the fourth.

6:35 p.m.: The Patriots take the lead right back as Tom Brady gets Josh Gordon involved to make it a 17-10 game. Rob Gronkowski missed his first snap of the game after taking a big hit prior to the touchdown.

6:28 p.m.: The Vikings tie things up at 10 with a field goal in the third quarter.

6:15 p.m.: After a holding penalty pushed the Patriots offense back following a big fourth-down conversion, Stephen Gostkowski misses a field goal to keep it at 10-7 in the second half.

5:45 p.m.: The Patriots lead 10-7 at the half, and Butch Stearns has all of his analysis on Facebook Live.

5:39 p.m.: Kirk Cousins finds Adam Thielen in the end zone to make it 10-7 with just 15 seconds to go in the first half.

5:14 p.m.: The Patriots make it 10-0 on a 20-yard field goal from Stephen Gostkowski after the offense couldn't convert on 3rd and goal.

4:48 p.m.: Tom Brady finally reaches 1,000 career rushing yards with a 5-yard run for a first down.

4:44 p.m.: The Patriots put the pressure on defensively to force a 48-yard field goal attempt, and the Vikings can't convert as the Patriots keep a 7-0 lead with over five minutes to go in the first quarter.

4:35 p.m.: The Patriots open up the scoring after a powerful first drive on offense, with James Develin forcing it in to make it a 7-0 game in the first quarter.

4:25 p.m.: And we're off! The Vikings will get the ball to start, with the Patriots getting the ball at halftime.
