Celtics fans got some unfortunate news when they took on the Clippers in Boston, as Kyrie Irving left the game in the first half with a sprained knee.
The Celtics said Irving wouldn't return to the game after suffering a right knee sprain.
He had 14 points, making four out of seven shots in the first half of the game before leaving with the injury.
Irving has had knee issues in the past, but had surgery on the opposite knee before he was traded to the Celtics from the Cavaliers.

The NBA All-Star Break is less than a week away, which could provide Irving extra time for recovery if he's forced to miss time due to the knee sprain.
