SEATTLE — Bill Russell was reportedly hospitalized in Washington on Friday with apparent heart issues, according to TMZ.
TMZ reports Russell was taken in an ambulance from his Seattle home Friday night and rushed to a local hospital.
Russell reportedly was experiencing heart trouble and shortness of breath, but tweeted Saturday afternoon that he was fine after the trip to the hospital.

Russell eventually made it home, just in time to watch the Celtics take on the Cavaliers in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Celtics legend was also hospitalized in 2014 after collapsing at a speaking engagement, but recovered.
