SCITUATE, Mass. — FOX25 Morning News is on the road this summer for the 13th season of Zip Trips!
Join us in Scituate at the Cole Parkway Gazebo (100 Cole Parkway) on Friday, July 29th from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. The FOX25 tradition puts the morning team in cities and towns across Massachusetts for a live broadcast. Each Zip Trip showcases the unique charm and appeal of a local community and tells the stories of its people and places. FOX25 Morning News has visited more than 214 towns during the long-running Zip Trips.
FOX25 Morning News anchors Daniel Miller, Meteorologists Shiri Spear and Kevin Lemanowicz and Scituate native and Around Town Host Michele Lazcano will host the broadcast. Each Zip Trip gives residents “bragging rights” and a chance to share what makes their hometown a great place to live. Neighbors, residents and kids of all ages are invited to share their “Scituate Pride” and be part of FOX25’s live audience.
Interviews with newsmakers, special guests and local heroes will be featured. The popular "Taste of the Town" segment returns this year along with other favorite segments. Zip Trips are bigger and better than ever this year with the addition of an interactive kids zone and more crowd participation. From Scituate Light to Humarock Beach, explore beautiful 02066 with us!
