WALPOLE, Mass. — Phillip Lippolis has been fighting Leukemia for seven years --- and for the first time since his latest battle, he's back at school!
His family announced on Friday that he's in remission after recently undergoing a new treatment called Car-t cells.
The 12-year-old has been in and out of the hospital, but had beem persistent at both attending classes virtually and fighting a disease that just kept coming back.
Back in January, his grandmother asked anyone to take a few minutes to send Phillip a letter of support.
