BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) - The eleventh day of the eleventh month was hailed as the end of the war to end all wars in 1918. There have been wars since but we still honor that day and all veterans who served to protect the United States.
Across the Commonwealth on Nov. 11 celebrations were held to honor Veterans Day. Here is a look at some of them.
