QUINCY, Mass. — An Uber driver from Boston has been arrested after he was accused of touching a woman inappropriately and refusing to let her get out of his vehicle in Quincy.
Quincy Police said they spoke to a woman just before 1 p.m. Wednesday who said she received a text message from her friend that said she had been sexually assaulted by her Uber driver, and that he refused to let her get out of his vehicle.

The unidentified victim was able to send a screenshot of her current location, and provided a description of the vehicle she was in.
About 20 minutes later police said they spotted the vehicle on Cottage Avenue in Quincy and pulled it over.
The victim was able to get out of the vehicle and she spoke with police.
She said she was headed to Quincy when the driver pulled over to the side of the road and asked her to get into the front seat. She said it was a ride-share Uber, so she agreed.

When she got into the front seat, she told police the driver, who was identified as Kastriot Naksi, 46, of West Roxbury, touched her inappropriately. When she told him to stop and let her out, she said he refused and locked the door.

That’s when she texted her friend for help.
Naksi was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 years old, and kidnapping.
In a statement provided to Boston 25 News Thursday, Uber said "What's been described is deeply disturbing. Upon learning of this, we immediately removed the driver's access to the app and we stand ready to assist law enforcement with their invesitgation."
