Saget was found unresponsive in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando on Jan. 9. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Stephany said it is likely that Saget had hit his head during an “unwitnessed fall” and hit the back of his head. Saget’s manner of death is listed as an accident, CNN reported.

He had a fracture on the base of his skull, an abrasion on his scalp, fractures around his eye sockets, bleeding between his brain and the tissues covering the brain and bruises were found on his brain, The Associated Press reported.

The medical examiner’s report also said a PCR test that was conducted showed that Saget tested positive for COVID-19. Saget said in December he had COVID-19 and a PCR test can return a positive result weeks after a person had recovered, CNN reported.
He had no inflammation in his respiratory system, the AP reported.
Saget also had an enlarged heart with a 95% blockage on one side, the report said, according to CNN.
