PLAINFIELD, Ind. — An Indiana woman was injured early Monday morning when a man driving an SUV crashed into her home, WXIN reported.
A white SUV slammed into the north side of the woman’s home in Plainfield around 1 a.m., police told the television station.

When police arrived, the SUV had been abandoned, but officers later found the driver walking through the neighborhood, WXIN reported.
The man was taken to the hospital for a blood draw on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, the television station reported.
The woman sleeping in her home suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene, according to WXIN.
