OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. — Talk about a wardrobe malfunction.
According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, a man wearing an "Ain't Nothing Illegal 'Til You Get Caught" T-shirt was one of two men arrested Oct. 22 on suspicion of stealing an all-terrain vehicle, KOCO reported.
According to a Facebook post by the Sheriff's Office, David Rasmussen and David Jolly were caught trying to steal the ATV from an Oklahoma County home.
The homeowner called the police to report he saw a man coming out of his barn, pushing the four-wheeler, KFOR reported.
When deputies arrived, they spotted a man matching the description given by the homeowner, the television station reported.
According to an arrest affidavit, Rasmussen ran into the woods, and when authorities found him, he
"raised a rifle in the direction of the investigators" before deputies were able to command him to surrender. Rasmussen complied, putting the weapon down and surrendering, KFOR reported.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Jolly was found a few minutes later in an SUV that had been stolen, KOCO reported. He was arrested after giving deputies a fake name, the television station reported.
The Sheriff's Office commented on the irony of Rasmussen's shirt, writing on Facebook that, "If you're going to get caught in the act, you might want to change your 'Ain't Nothing Illegal 'Til You Get Caught!"' T-shirt.'"
Both men are facing 21 criminal counts in Oklahoma County, the Sheriff's Office wrote on Facebook.
