BROOKLINE, Mass. — Have an extra $39.5 million? We don't either.
But if you did, you could be the next owner of Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's Brookline home.
The Boston-area power couple has just listed their Brookline home for $39.5 million.
The five-bed, seven-bathroom home was built in 2015 and sits on over five acres adjacent to the 9th hole of The Country Club.
The listing details the home as a "one of a kind masterpiece" with an eat-in and chef's kitchen, grand stairwell, recreation room, wine room, gym and spa. There is also an additional 2400 sq. ft detached barn-inspired guest house.
This comes just days after Brady and the New England Patriots agreed on a two-year contract extension that is set to keep the quarterback in Foxborough through the end of the 2021 season.
Brady and Bundchen have not yet commented on the decision to list the home, but it was recently reported by the New York Post the couple was looking for homes in Greenwich, Connecticut.
