ASHBURNHAM, Mass. — A search is underway in Ashburnham, Massachusetts in connection to the murder of a man whose body was found in New Hampshire.
Police told Boston 25 News they're searching for evidence in connection to the murder of Brandon Chicklis of Westminster, Massachusetts.
Investigators say on June 29, Chicklis left his home to visit his father in Windham, New Hampshire.
His body was found two weeks later in Rindge, New Hampshire. Someone located his car in a supermarket parking lot and his body was found in woods less than four miles away.
Wednesday, Massachusetts State Police spent hours on the scene in Ashburnham scouring a property for evidence.

SKY25 was over the scene off Packard Hill Road.
A law enforcement source confirmed to Boston 25 News the search was part of the investigation into the murder of Brandon Chicklis.
State police spent several hours on scene, seemingly paying close attention to a retention pond on the property.
They suddenly left a about 3 p.m. Wednesday, there was no word if they found what they were looking for.
