Santa surprises Billerica boy fighting cancer at night to remember

BILLERICA, Mass. — An emotional night in Billerica for a brave boy who is fighting stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The 7-year-old Nathan was diagnosed in September.

The family, put together the event, calling it ‘Lights at the Lossman’s.’ They created the large-scale holiday light display, and Santa even came to visit. He was waiting inside the home to greet Nathan.

It was all put together to give Nathan and his family a night to remember. Nathan’s dad said he is so grateful to everyone who has helped their family.

“Honestly i can’t put it into words,” said John Casella, Nathan’s father. “The support we’re getting [from] strangers, it’s unbelievable”

A GoFundMe has also been set up for Nathan and his family.
