Person suffers bite injury to hand during fight at Plymouth golf course

PLYMOUTH, Mass. — A person suffered a "bite injury to the hand" after a fight between golfers at the Southern Marsh Golf Club in Plymouth, police say.

Plymouth Police Chief Michael Botieri said officers responded to the club for an "altercation" between golfers, and said a 47-year-old man was arrested in the incident.

Botieri said a victim suffered a "bite injury to the hand" in the fight, which happened a little after 6:30 p.m.

The cause of the fight is unknown, and police did not confirm the extent of the hand injury.
