LYNN, Mass. — A car crashed into a Lynn bus stop on Tuesday afternoon, injuring at least two people.

State Police say a 54-year-old woman was taken to Mass General Hospital by MedFlight with serious injuries. A 75-year-old man was taken to Salem Hospital by an ambulance with serious injuries.

State Police responded to the accident on the Lynnway in the area of Harding Street at around 12:50 p.m.
Companies are currently operating on the Lynnway in front of Walmart at a serious auto vs. pedestrian accident. Medflight is landing at the Northshore Community College landing zone to transport the patient. Please avoid the area and except traffic delays.@LynnPoliceDept

The driver of the vehicle was taken to MGH with minor injuries.
