BOSTON — At 742 feet, the unfinished One Dalton tower stands as the third tallest building in Boston.
Behind the Pru and the former John Hancock building, One Dalton tower is an imposing addition to the Back Bay skyline.
The tower, due to be completed in 2019, will hold nearly 200 luxury condos and a Four Seasons Hotel.
The condos have reportedly started selling at about $2.5 million and one person reportedly paid $40 million for one of the units.
The amenities will include a private movie theater and a golf simulator with a bar. Residents will also have access to an indoor lap pool and a fitness center.
Ground was broken in January 2015 on the project and Suffolk Construction has employed more than 700 workers on the building.
