NORTHFIELD, NH — A man was arrested after allegedly driving his 2006 BMW M5 on I-93 in New Hampshire at 128 mph.
On Sunday, a trooper was monitoring traffic from the State Police aircraft on I-93 north near Northfield. Police said he saw a vehicle traveling at an "extremely high rate of speed" and clocked it at 128 mph. The speed limit for the area was 70 mph.
The trooper radioed it to a trooper on the ground, who pulled over the vehicle.
Twenty-two-year-old Samuel Melo, from Methuen,was arrested for reckless driving.
