NH man arrested after incident that sent Keene State into lockdown

KEENE, NH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A 22-year-old New Hampshire man was arrested on Saturday following an alleged armed robbery that prompted the lockdown of Keen State College.

Justin Robinson of Keene, NH, was held without bail on armed robbery and reckless conduct charges. He was transported to the Cheshire County House of Correction where he will be held until his Nov. 19 court date.

Robinson's arrest comes after Keene Police responded just after 1 a.m. Saturday to a call about criminal threatening on Winchester Street. It was reported that a white, shirtless male wearing an "old-style Boston Bruins goaltender's mask" displayed a black handgun during an altercation inside 85 Winchester Street.

The suspect fled onto Keen State's campus, forcing the school into lockdown until 5:30 a.m.
