New scratch ticket has players scratching their heads instead

A new state lottery game is confusing some players.

The “Extra Plays” scratch tickers are the first to feature chances to win on the front and the back of the ticket.

The problem is – many people are just tossing tickets in the trash without checking the back.

Now the lottery is hoping to educate everyone with a new video to better explain the game.

It’s also making sure tickets are clearly marked so no one misses out on a potential jackpot.
