CONCORD, N.H. — When a New Hampshire millionaire was found shot to death in his bed, the suspect list was short.
But in three years the case has gone quiet and then exploded into the media with twists and turns surrounding the main suspect.
New Hampshire's probate and trust court is now tasked with 'essentially trying a murder case in civil court' as the Chakalos family fights for answers.
