Neil Entwistle asks the U.S. Supreme Court to hear appeal

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Convicted killer Neil Entwistle is pushing for the United States Supreme Court to hear his case.

The MetroWest Daily News says that Entwistle's attorney has filed an appeal to the high court. The justices will begin reviewing the motion next Friday.

Entwistle was convicted of shooting his wife and baby daughter to death in their Hopkinton home in 2006. He fled to England after the murders.

Entwistle previously appealed his conviction to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. That appeal was denied in August.
