BOSTON — National Grid and its locked out workers planed to meet for contract talks Wednesday.
More than 1,200 workers have been locked out since late June amid a contract dispute.
Those workers planned to offer a serious counter-proposal to the utility company before Thanksgiving.
It's the first offer from the union since National Grid presented its final offer almost five months ago.
Workers have previously said that final offer was unfair and scaled back pension offerings.
