MBTA workers resuscitate man after collapse at Government Center station

BOSTON — A man is recovering after collapsing at the Government Center T Station and being resuscitated by MBTA electrical workers.

Around noon on Thursday, a physician’s assistant from Cambridge Hospital was on the Green Line platform when she saw the man collapse.

The man wasn’t breathing and did not have a pulse, but MBTA Green Line inspectors were able to grab the AED and shock the victim.
