BOSTON — The man who was convicted of killing two men, a woman and 2-year-old in what is known as the Mattapan Massacre is asking for a new trial.
Lawyers for Dwayne Moore will be in court Wednesday, claiming the state’s star witness lied during testimony and they have the cellphone records to prove it.
Moore was sentenced to life in prison for the quadruple murder in 2010.
Before Moore was convicted, a jury deadlocked on his case, leading to a mistrial.
