The Weeknd set to put on a show at Gillette Stadium for very first time in July

The Weeknd is coming to Gillette Stadium this summer. The singer announced dates on Thursday for the first leg of his, After Hours Til Dawn 2022 tour, with Doja Cat.

He will be performing in Foxboro on Thursday, July 21. Tickets go on sale next week, Thursday, March 10 at 10 a.m. at TheWeeknd.com/tour.

Tour organizers said that fans who previously had tickets for the After Hours arena tour in North America will have access to special presale tickets starting Friday, March 4.

This 2022 tour will mark the first time The Weeknd will be touring his mammoth album including its hit single “Blinding Lights.”

“The tour will see his most ambitious production to date reflecting the creative journey that continues to unfold for both these albums, creating worlds within worlds as we have all been watching unfold in various television performances, music videos, and short films bringing these first two pieces of his trilogy to life,” tour organizers said in a statement.

The Weeknd is donating $1 per ticket from the summer tour to the United Nations World Food Program.
