BOSTON — The MBTA Red Line is experiencing delays of up to 30 minutes after a person got caught under a Red Line train at Andrew Station.
According to the MBTA shuttle buses were replacing the Red Line train service between Park St and JFK/UMass, due to the medical emergency at Andrews, but now has been restored.

Boston Fire Department responded just before 1:30 p.m. crews responded to reports of a man getting stuck under the train.
According to fire officials, the person was safely rescued from underneath the train and was transported to a Boston hospital.

The MBTA Transit Police Department has not yet released any information about the incident.
