FRAMINGHAM, Mass. — The stars of "Daddy's Home 2" Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell have been on set in Framingham this week filming and on Thursday they had a very special visitor.
Framingham resident Devin Suau and his siblings got to meet Wahlberg, Ferrell and Mel Gibson, and they showed the boys the magic of making a movie.
Devin Suau is fighting DIPG, an inoperable brain tumor. No one has ever survived the diagnosis, which led to his parents creating the hashtag #WhyNotDevin to create awareness and fundraise, with the hope that Devin could be the first to beat DIPG.
So far Devin has gotten to be a Framingham police chief for the day as well as a Boston Police officer during the Southie St. Patrick's Day parade.
"Only Devin can call Will Farrell sassy pants! Thanks so much for showing the boys how movies are made Daddy's Home 2 Full Movie 2017!!!!" wrote Devin's mother Christine Suau on Facebook about the on-set visit.
There has been a crowd along the edge of the filming all week as people hope to catch a glimpse of Massachusetts native Wahlberg and comedian Ferrell.
