PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Police in Rhode Island are investigating after a man died at a mall Monday night.
Providence Police were called to the Providence Place Mall just before 11 p.m. Monday.
A 45-year-old Pawtucket man reportedly lost his balance as he got onto the escalator from the floor above the food court and fell onto the concrete.
He was taken to RI Hospital where he died from his injuries.
The man's identity has not yet been released.
Police say there was no foul play.
