NORWELL, Mass. – A Duxbury man has been arrested after allegedly touching and exposing himself at the Swogjian Swim Club in Norwell.

Club members told Boston 25 News off camera that Bryan L. Solorzano had been going to the pool late at night and swimming in his underwear. He was told that was inappropriate.

Then last week, investigators say, he went even further when he touched and exposed himself while two women were swimming in the pool.

On Jan. 28, 39-year-old Solorzano was arrested and charged with open & gross lewdness and lewd, wanton & lascivious conduct.

“Over this past week, our pool has been dealing with some circumstances beyond our control. A huge shout out to the Norwell Police Department on their swift actions to help resolve this issue. Thank you to all in the understanding of this matter,” a post on the swim club’s Facebook page says.

When Boston 25 News attempted to speak to Solorzano at his home, he refused to comment and told reporter John Monahan to get off his property.
