Worcester nonprofit makes sure everyone is clothed and fed this winter

WORCESTER, Mass. — El Buen Samaritano, a nonprofit in Worcester, is giving back to the community beyond just healthcare.

On Friday, volunteers helped residents with food and clothing distribution, along with toy shopping for families in need.
