THORNTON, N.H. — An outdoor camera captured an incredible video of the moment a courageous cat chased a black bear out of a yard in New Hampshire.
Mark Lacroix, of Thornton, shared the video with Boston 25 that showed the bear pausing at the end of a driveway and looking back at the approaching feline before bolting across the street into a wooded area.
A moment later, an 18-pound Maine Coon named Bruno is seen zooming down the driveway in the direction of where the bear scampered away to.
There has been a bevy of bear sightings across the region this summer.
