2 people arrested in Dorchester shooting

BOSTON — Two men have been charged in connection with the death of a New Jersey man after a shooting in Dorchester earlier this month.

Darius Powell, 25, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and Daiquan Miller, 25, of Dorchester were arrested on Tuesday for the death of 37-year-old Keith Cousin of Bayonne, NJ.

The shooting occurred Monday evening, December 9, when officers responded to reports of gunshots at 114 Devon Street. When officers arrived, they found Cousins with multiple gunshot wounds. Cousins was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Boston Police Department is still reviewing the case and circumstances surrounding the incident.

Powell and Miller will be arraigned at a later time.
