LEXINGTON, Mass. — First responders from Arlington and Lexington rushed to the Arlington Reservoir for reports of a teen who fell through the ice.
The incident happened around 4 p.m., Monday.
“A teenage boy and his dad were at the Arlington Reservoir when the boy fell through the ice. The father was unable to pull him out, but first responders were successful in removing him from the water,” an official for the Town of Lexington said in an email to Boston 25.
The boy was evaluated by paramedics and is expected to be OK, officials say.
