Suspect to be arraigned in same Chelsea courthouse they’re accused of sending bomb threat to

CHELSEA, Mass. — The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of a suspect they say made threats towards a local courthouse.

52-year-old Ariel Carrero was arrested on Wednesday and is facing charges. Authorities say he mailed a bomb threat directed at Chelsea District Court.

He will be arraigned at that same courthouse on Thursday.
