BOSTON — We’re on a SEVERE WEATHER ALERT from the Boston 25 Weather Team due to thunderstorm warnings in our area.

This alert is in effect for Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties until 8:15 p.m.

This alert is also issued for Bristol and southern Plymouth counties until 7:45 p.m.
