GLOUCESTER, Mass. — A rollover car wreck closed parts of Route 128 on the North Shore right before the evening commute.
Boston 25 News cameras saw the car completely flipped on its hood being towed on Route 128 northbound. Multiple vehicles were involved in the wreck.
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation posted on social media at 3:00 p.m. that drivers should expect delays and that all lanes of northbound traffic on the highway were closed.
All the lanes of traffic were reopened and traffic was flowing freely around 4:30 p.m.
Boston 25 News is working to learn if anyone was hurt and the circumstances that led up to the crash.
