Rita’s Italian Ice offering free ice on first day of Spring

WALPOLE, Mass — It’s a sign of spring, and now Massachusetts residents can participate in the tradition.

Each year on the first day of Spring, Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard offers a free ice giveaway.

For 31 Years, Rita’s has celebrated the first day of Spring by giving away free Italian ice! This year the annual event falls on March 20.

Rita’s recently opened their first Massachusetts location at 1337 Main Street in Walpole.

Anyone who visits Rita’s can get a free Italian Ice in the flavor of their choice.

All Rita’s app users will also have the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win Free Ice for a Year!
