Rescue crews in Brockton brave wet and stormy conditions to save overdose victim

BROCKTON, Mass. — Rescue crews in Brockton braved wet and stormy conditions Wednesday to save a man suffering from an overdose.

Brockton firefighters and members of the Brewster Ambulance services responded to a homeless encampment and waded through fast-moving water from the rain to rescue the man.

Firefighters used water exposure suits & safety ropes to safely remove the man before using narcan.
