Police identify person arrested after four people stabbed on Stuart Street in Boston

BOSTON — Boston Police are investigating multiple stabbings in the early morning on Sunday that left four people injured.

According to police, the four happened just after 2 a.m., in the area of Tremont Street and Stuart Street.

Daryl Diamond, 39, of Dorchester was arrested on-site after they found two adult male victims on the scene with stab wounds, while two other victims were found at a local hospital afterward.

One of the victims is suffering life-threatening injuries while the other three have non-life-threatening injuries. All victims are expected to survive their injuries, according to authorities.

Following an on-scene investigation, Officers took Diamond into custody.

Diamond is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on four counts of assault with intent to murder and four counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

The incident is under investigation.
