FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — The New England Patriots announced that they are placing Defensive Lineman Christian Barmore back on the reserve non-football illness list after experiencing recurring symptoms.

Barmore, 25, was treated for blood clots earlier this year before the 2024 season. He missed the first 10 games of the season before being elevated to the active roster before the week 11 matchup against the Los Angles Rams.

In a statement released on Thursday, the Patriots said they hope Barmore takes the time he needs to, “come back stronger than ever.”

Barmore finished the season with 5 solo tackles and 1 sack.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
