BOSTON — One person was hurt after a vehicle crashed into a pedestrian before hitting a building in downtown Boston Friday afternoon, according to police.
Officers responded to the reported crash with a pedestrian struck in the area of Summer and Kingston Street just before 2:00 p.m.
After colliding with the pedestrian, the car continued on and hit a building at the intersection.
One person was hospitalized after the crash. Boston police were not able to say immediately if the person transported was the driver or the pedestrian involved in the crash.
The crash is actively being investigated by Boston police.
