New Hampshire — Due to Saturday’s snow, the New Hampshire State Police responded to over 100 motor vehicle crashes due to the weather.
Between the hours of 6 a.m. - 4 p.m., Troopers had responded to 69 crashes, one of which involved a pickup truck rollover on the Turnpike.
Police report that a majority of the crashes occurred in Rockingham, Hillsborough, and Strafford counties.
An additional 29 reports of vehicles getting stuck off the road which required assistance.
Speeds on all interstates were heavily reduced.
State Police would like to remind everyone that “road conditions can change rapidly and encourage caution during hazardous conditions. While behind the wheel, operators should maintain safe speeds that allow for increased reaction times and keep appropriate distance from other vehicles, including plow trucks, to prevent collisions.”
No injuries were reported as of today.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
