BOSTON — I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream For Ice Cream! Boston’s Museum of Ice Cream opened on Saturday in the Seaport.

The new two-floor location at 121 Seaport Blvd, opened at 10 a.m. and offers visitors a playful escape featuring unlimited ice cream and immersive experiences celebrating the city.

Guests can slide into the world-famous sprinkle pool or enjoy Boston-exclusive flavors like “Lobstah Ice Cream.”

The Museum of Ice Cream is a global brand that provides a multi-sensory experience dedicated to everyone’s favorite frozen treat.

The Boston location features 14 unique, interactive installations including:

  • Sprinkle Pool: Each Museum of Ice Cream has a uniquely designed sprinkle pool featuring hundreds of antimicrobial and biodegradable sprinkles.
  • Fenway Park Inspired Carnival: A fantastical midway that pays homage to Boston’s Fenway Park complete with columns designed to replicate baseball bats and games inspired by the sport.
  • Mary-E’s Diner: A retro-futurism-inspired hub and gathering place for ice cream-themed drinks and food that overlooks the marina.
  • The Hall of Freezers: An exploratory space filled with dozens of mysterious refrigerator doors that are sure to pique curiosity.

The Boston location marks the fifth location with others including New York, Chicago, Austin, and Miami.

The museum is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and on Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Weekday tickets start at $25, while weekend tickets start at $33. Children under age 2 get in for free.
