Merrimack, New Hampshire — A motorcyclist in Merrimack died after colliding with a pickup truck on Back River Road Saturday, according to Merrimack police.
First responders first received a call for the accident at 2:14 p.m., according to a Merrimack Police spokesperson.
The motorcyclist, who has yet to be identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. An initial investigation revealed that the motorcyclist crossed over the road’s center line. Merrimack police told Boston 25 News the bend in that road is “sharp..’
Back River Road was closed for approximately three hours while officials responded to the crash. It was reopened between 5 and 5:30 p.m.
The truck driver was not injured.
