MILFORD, Mass. — A Milford man was arrested on Sunday night after allegedly waving a firearm during a confrontation at a condo complex.

According to police on February 2 around 4:39 p.m., officers received a call for reports of an altercation between two males at the Shadowbrook Condominium complex. One of the men allegedly threatened the other with a firearm.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with witnesses who provided information that helped identify the individuals involved in the incident.

Following the investigation, police took Robson De Sousa, 19, of Milford, into custody.

De Sousa was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, and disorderly conduct. He was later brought to Milford Police Headquarters for processing.

The incident remains under investigation.
