MBTA Transit Police: Identification wanted for Civil Rights Violation investigation

BOSTON — On November 5, around 11 a.m. between MBTA Kendall Station and Park Street a female victim, in the company of her one-year-old child, had derogatory racial slurs directed at her as well as a glass bottle thrown at her.

The subject depicted in the photo above is a person of interest in this investigation.

Transit Police ask if anyone knows the identity of this man or his whereabouts please contact the TPD’s Criminal Investigation Unit at 617-222-1050 or you can send an anonymous tip by texting 873873.
